12-WEEK BUM BUILDER INCLUDING ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

Loads of single-leg exercises to build a big bum and strong legs. The addition of intervals and conditioning sessions will develop a performance aspect to your training, improving your active weekends. An equal mix of hypertrophy, strength, and power. Not an easy programme if you're new to training.

 

Full gym access is required with 3 gym sessions involving conditioning and intervals.
