SHORT 6-WEEK PROGRAMME SPLIT INTO 3 MESOCYCLES WITH HARD CARDIO THROUGHOUT

This programme begins with a 2-week mesocycle focusing on hypertrophy, followed by a short 2-week strength mesocycle leading into a 2-week athletic development mesocycle focusing on movement quality.

 

The programme requires full gym access and consists of 3 gym sessions and 2 hard cardio sessions per week.

One-off payment: £60.
