SHORT 6-WEEK PROGRAMME SPLIT INTO 3 MESOCYCLES WITH HARD CARDIO THROUGHOUT
This programme starts with a 2-week cycle focusing on hypertrophy and VO2 max development, followed by a strength cycle while still targeting VO2 max. It concludes with a brief power and plyometric cycle. This programme is intended to complement riding at least twice a week. If you ride three times a week, you can omit one of the scheduled cardio sessions.
Full gym access is required for this programme, which consists of 4 gym sessions and 2 intense cardio sessions per week.
