8-WEEK BARBELL BASED PROGRAMME, PERFECT FOR A HOME GYM SETUP

ThThis programme uses daily undulating periodisation, meaning there's loads of variation, designed to give you thicker bum and legs but using minimum equipment. Sessions changing from heavy to light frequently keep the body guessing. Perfect for running alongside active weekends but still with a performance aspect to the training.

Doesn't require full gym access, a rack, bench, and barbell with some plates will do with 4 gym sessions and no cardio.
