ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

SHORT 6-WEEK PROGRAMME USING ‘BLOCK’ PERIODISATION MODEL.

This 6-week macrocycle provides valuable insight into how an athlete is built from the ground up. The programme begins with a 2-week mesocycle focusing on hypertrophy, followed by a 3-week mesocycle emphasizing strength and force production, and concludes with a week of power and plyometric training.

 

Full gym access is required for this programme, which includes 4 gym sessions and 1 cardio session scheduled per week.

One-off payment: £60.
